Wow, thanks for the great input...interesting to note your treatment of scars

are these indented pitted scars or just hyperpigmentations (like dark patches)?

Also, what do you do with the raw egg whites, just toss them? I used to take in 3-4 raw egg yolks when I was on my raw diet, they are tasty

finally, this castor oil flush, is it better than the regular HC method? I am about to finish a 21 day master cleanse and will be doing a flush at the end (flush # 6)...is the CO flush CO+HC method? if you could direct me to 'yellowbirdmom' post on this, it would be much appreciated (i will look for it now myself as well)
