banana bender right?! must say i really love that - for some reason you had me cracking up over it - classic - although i thought you guys had none left! please don't take that in poor taste but in sa $ of them is huge still! sorry back to my actual point you've already found my best method of relief to date massage & as stupid as this may sound if u know bout massage tech. then try to lean your ear on your shoulder and twirl ur hair around ur fingers as if ur nervous love to hear what happens when u do this also alternate between tilting head forward and back while doing this.other things that help me place copper sheeting on any stiff or pulsating areas eat garlic til the cows come home & indulge in peppermint in all forms tea tree oil great for applying bathing and breathing 'bout all for now oh and don't worry about my other message asking how many people u knew i now know u poor thing are isolated in this fun like myself i hope for nothing but the best for you with your recovery from this frustrating (amoungst many other things) encounter of bugs stay strong so you can keep bending!
