I am genuinely sorry if it appeared that I was belittling your efforts in any way. This was not my intention I assure you. I have read your posts of late, and it is certainly clear that your achievements are grand and worthy of great praise.

Perhaps I should have retired to ponder rather than air my views on the old 'Zone. My perception has shifted a great deal over the past few months especially, and I may well be observing things a little differently from others. (And this is not to say I am correct and others are wrong, or vice versa.)

And it may well be none of my concern, but I cannot help but worry about other beings feeling obligated to take high doses of certain substances in hope of redressing some form of perceived deficiency. I think that over-simplification may well be at least partly to blame, whereby individuals feel that to improve a certain condition they must up their intake of one specific mineral.

Anyway, again I apologize if it seemed that I was criticising you. My original post was not person-specific; in fact, it was more of a lament than anything.
