Hi San2006,

Thanks for elaborating.I have done app.30 LFs,most of them the HC protocol and although I'm not overweight I find that I have gained a few pounds...this in spite of exercising regularly and eating a very sensible diet low in carbs.I want to think that all that olive oil is helping to add the weight so I'll try the CO and see how it goes.
