...well I loved it. I did go ahead and try the sesame oil as my 2nd swish (recomended to me for the 1st time)...just to see which I preferred. The TASTE was much better but it didn't work as well. Maybe I will just stay with the olive oil until it's gone (as I don't have much left) and then try the coconut to see how I like that. Of course my "advisor" (MD Aunt) on candida did say that you should not do the psylium shake (mild flush...which I LOVE) if you are oil pulling. She said to do one or the other as it is "pulling" from opposite ends and will confuse the intestinal track, possibly making it get stuck I suppose. I am slowly aquiring the componants of the flush....oil pulling is cheaper. I think I will do this until I have those all together. My mouth has the funky residue and the corner of my lips are cracked.....so it makes sense to me to work on this end now....yes I have all the OTHER end probs and ear probs too....but ONE AT A TIME I guess....it will all work out!! lol
