I too heard yellowbirdmom advocate the CO flush but wasn't ready at the time
Until I heard you had success with your bloat...
I've done 15 Liver-Flush and all my blood levels have gone down but the weight and puffiness are still here......I am going to incorporate the CO into my next flush. YBM--takes 1/4 cup that morning in orange juice then goes on with her ES/GF & GF/OO, etc.

p.s. I agree, Oxypowder is expensive you can just fill up 11 "000" sized gel caps with Epsom Salts and take them at night before bed or if you are brave 1t--1T of epsoms in warm water or juice daily for 3 weeks and this is an excellent Bowel Cleanse that also cleanses the small intestine. It is recommended you do this 2-3 times a year........i as a preparation do it 3 days before my Liver-Flush and 3 days after.....

I will do the same.
