See if your doctor can do a Extra Corporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy. (Google it)
Uriflow won't work. Sorry you've already wasted the money. Avoid the laser up the wang if you can. An ESWL won't require a stent (horrific) which they'll sometimes put in and remove WITHOUT anesthetic. (Again horrible)
I had this experience a year ago after trying and failing with uriflow, a prominent doctor wanted to get a laser up there and keep me overnight at the hospital. I did some research and found out about the ESWL procedure. It is outpatient and far less traumatic. In the end I was very happy I had made the right choice.
