me again...I managed ALMOST 15 mins...WOW...my sinuses are draining like CRAZY now!! I think I need to do another as I still FEEL like I need it...I think I will try seasame oil this time...I have some.....WOW...can't talk as I'm GAGGING on my sinus drainage!

Ok I like this TASTE better...lol...like how I'm taking you all for the ride with me?? I heard twice the first time was sometimes needed ...trying it...YUP like the taste....almost wanna EAT it! lol...I won't don't worry! :) Be back to tell ya how I feel in oh.... 17 mins! lol
