I like OP...the next wacky thing to try is urine therapy. I OP this morning and my mouth feels great. The hole where they pulled my tooth is almost closed up and now I'm OP again to keep disease out of it. Right after I'm done OPing I brush my teeth with salt I powdered in a coffee grinder. I take my morning tea afterwards. I stopped drinking coffee and I'll see how OPing helps me with that.
