Hi Maya, my mother is visiting and I wanted to check her for dehydration (pretty sure I know the result, but I want her to be able to see it coming from 'her'). You had earlier given me a kinesiology method for this--and I can't locate it now--can you repost it please?

*she has vertical cracks on the tips of her fingers--index and a little on the second of both hands (she's ambidextrous) + thinks it's due to the plane's effects, but I'm thinking more "systemic"...*
