I have been reading today about one man ,he had loose teeth , bud gum , bleeding etc. etc . He start to chew rubbergum 10-20 min day now he have so strong teeth so he can lift 200 pounds with teeth at age 60 ..He had patent on some rubbergum and sells them to people :)

gues what i started today :) Now i have training aches right now :)

tomorow ì`am goin to buy rubber ring in baby store :)

this is logical ..This make me remember when my son whas little he smashed front teeth and they where loose dentist told him to chew rubber ring and teeth heald very fast ...
