knowing that idiots dont make it into positions of power(except under the real power as a front), it stands to reason that they know all the consequences and that it is deliberate, either sociopathic or all out sadistic evil. take your pick. the question is, who is really in charge? or is it just a natural consequence of greed and avarice?
