Good posts Hanna and Wreck. I too feared getting beat over the head when I stepped into the subject of meat eating and body typing and was relieved by both of your posts! I agree that one must use a combination of reading and experimenting and horse sense too. I will look into the free range meat deal, sounds very promising. Anyone ever looked into Belgian Blue Beef?
