Hi ALKALIZINGKATIE, your reply sums up my feelings about SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) vs enemas. I tried a few years back to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but couldn't get it down. I don't mind taking enemas at all. I find them relaxing and always feel good afterwards.
