but thanks anyways! i was in a hysterical state when I originally wrote it and calmed down.

i am no longer a believer in fasting for weight loss my friend. obviously that much is true as evidenced by my edited message. it wasn't fair that i edited it and do regret doing so but by leaving it up there i felt like i was encouraging others to try to starve to lose weight.

for all those that are curious - i pretty much wrote about my experienced gaining and losing weight, and that i wanted to give it another try etc.
