Most Sea Salt s are fine, even the kind at the grocery stores. Most stores carry Redmond, which is fine too. If you want to get really fancy, order the Himalayan Sea Salt from the internet. Whole Foods, if you have access to one, has a bunch of fancy schmancy salts.
Sea Salt is also a very good thing to add to distilled water to drink every day. Adding a pinch of good salt to your water will hydrate you more than just drinking water alone. It also contains valuable minerals that are beneficial for your health. A good salt will not make the water taste salty.
It's amazing. All these things that we have been told for years are bad for us, are actually quite good for us. Stay away from oil!! Well, the refined oils, yep, this is true. Many varities of cold pressed oil is good for you. Stay away from salt!! The table salt , yes indeedy. But a good Sea Salt is good for you.
