Since The Grain & Salt Society sells 5 lb bags of soft winter wheat, I think I'll go with them as I really don't want a 25 lb bag which was the only other seller I could find, so far! They also have the rye as mentioned below which I have been reading some people prefer for rejuvelac. Plus I've purchased from G&S before with good results.
