I'm pretty sure you'd be okay if you took the Humaworm at least half and hour before breakfast (so say 8:30am) and then ate at 9am. Then eat normally and eat dinner whenever you want. And then take the second dose before you go to bed, at least 2 hours after eating.

And drink lots of water, as Humaworm says :)
