Well, this is interesting. I come here looking for migraine info and I find last year's message I wrote about migraines. I just suffered through another awful migraine. Could it have been a whole year since I have had a migraine? Almost exactly a year... hmmmmm I wonder if something in January triggers my migraines????? Or what could I have been doing to keep them at bay? I just did a fast and gave up Sugar again and here comes the migraines. Interesting!
