Hi Betta, thanks. Yep, I've recenty been looking up on what is in cigarettes, and it's a shocker. but again, you'd not think it's possible for this to go on this long from ONE bout of smoking in a day....

at any rate, thank you for your recommendation and I've saved the site you mentioned in a list. However, I live in New zealand, so I have to look at the cost of freight also, which is a heck of a lot.

But I may think about it, as I'm getting pretty desperate. I am trying right now and hope I can pull myself out of this, doesn't make sense to be this ill all that time after.
