well at first I had a lot of black gunk come out
it's hard to tell what's coming out and what is part of your everyday bowel movement
so, i'm doing the flush part for 4 days out of the week
then 3 days just adding the raw eggs to my diet
i have a lot more energy and loss of appetite/cravings.........which is good for me LOL
I love the raw egg discovery to say the least!
just my 2cents
