You don't really feel anything whilst zapping, well I don't, some people report to feeling a light buzz especially when using damp towels round copper tubes. With regards to skin disorders, damaged layers of skin can take 28 days to clear, resulting in a wave pattern of improvement as one layer clear, followed by the next damaged layer coming to the surface.

I did notice that I seemed to urinate an awful lot, but since I started zapping (two months ago) this has lessened greatly and I would say both my "toileting habits" are normal.
