More like an "egg joke flush" ; ))

So today I've taken my two doses of ES today, drunk lots of water and have eaten some food which has "come through". But no stones or liver junk whatsoever : (


This is just a quick post to let those of you who were following my egg flush, know how it went. Hope those of you who are/were trying it out this weekend have/had better results than I did.


Two things though:

I'm looking forward to discussing egg flushing with you guys later on.

I still believe raw eggs are really beneficial, and maybe it's the raw egg yolks by themselves that are producing all the good results that the original egg yolk flush-poster wrote about?
