You sound like you have an ax to grind. Threelac for my wife was a literal Godsend. And she had also tried everything else under the sun. I am thankful every time I see the box on the counter. Why would you be so vehement about this? Even if something doesn't work for people they don't go all over the forums sounding off like you do.
