When I say bad digestion I meant Acid Reflux, hurting stomach and constipation. Plus when I did have bowel movements, there was undigested food. On a good day it would feel like someone was tickling - in a very annoying way - my stomach and that would radiate on the left side. On a bad day it would feel like my stomach was in a knot - very tight.

I did not eat any red meat for a while (hard to digest) - also everything I ate was VERY well cooked/steamed in order to help with digestion - and the portions were small. No Gluten, Sugar or Yeast (for Candida). I slowly increased the size of the portions and things slowly fell back into place. One thing that helped me feel comfortable with the pain was that I had had a endoscopy and knew it was all clear...
