Hello, reading your messages again to try and make some sense of what is wrong with me. When you say you have bad digestion, do you mean your stomach hurts or your bowel movements are bad. My stomach actually hurts and feels tight a lot of the time. When I eat meat I can feel it lodged in my stomach which hurts - thanks . I have just started l. glutumaine and my stomach hurts even more?
