Hello!
What you outlined for gerd/acid reflux sounds great and makes sense. I do not have either but I do have Achalasia. Pleases do you have any information on it? I wonder if I did something similar to what you did. I read on one of the forums that honey and cinamon taken together would heal anything. ACV taken with water helps with my swollowing. ACV also has cured people of Gerd/acid reflux. I am 17 years old and got Achalasia when I was 10 years old. I am seeing an accupunturist.
