toxins can cause a pallid complexion. ive had great results in getting darker tanner looking skin with this mini liver flush. be sure to combine with either enema or swf (only use swf if fasting).

ive always had much better beauty results from cleansing/flushing than supplementing, (whether topically or internally). i combined the flush with oil pulling, fasting, lemon/oo drinks etc. i used to be scary pale too but while i was flushing i got a really healthy glow and my skin tone is much better. some has lasted, some i need to do further cleansing/flushing to get back.
