never an outbreak was the worst thing I ever tried,....the dmso caused the virus to leave the lower spine and travel to all parts of the body,....I got a rash everywhere!.....maybe there was something I was supposed to do while it was traveling but after I got a rash I discontinued it altogether...
also I rubbed dmso on my ankles one time and it gave me a breakout in the same area in 3 days,....for the most part,..using dmso was a bad experience for me....
