There are times when I question if grey hair is a deficiency. My health is a mess
because of my Hashimoto's Disease. I will be 58 next month and have hardly any grey hair. My sister is always trying to trip me up by getting people to ask what I have been putting on my hair...she thinks I am not telling the truth. I have 3 siblings and they are all totally grey. Granted I do have a much better diet than all of them and work on my health everyday. Just a thought.
