Do those do the same things? I have been using those products for probably at least 9 months instead of laxatives.

Thanks for your help, I had a horrible night!! But I am still alive and my cramps are less.

Before I started The Master Cleanse I was having about 3 BM a day... I was taking a lot of fiber supplements, along with the magnesium powder listed above... I thought I was doing ok until I did the SWF! Thanks for your help both of you.
