Just started the Master-Cleanse for the first time. Read the book and the part I dreaded was the SWF. I took laxatives last night. I had to take a lot because they normally don't work for me at all (long story). Was hoping this cleanse would help get me back to a normal and healthy state.

So this morning I finally had a bowel movement around 3:30am. Afterwards I decided to finally take the SWF. I drank a quart of lukewarm water and 2 tsp Sea Salt . Disgusting to say the least, but was looking forward to the effects. Barely anything... Around 6am I finally went to the bathroom but it was just a teeny bit of mucus.

I have been constipated ever since. I started my period today and have horrible cramps from that as well. Please tell me what to do, I would appreciate any advice. Am I stopped up? Why would I be? I am on the verge of passing out and am scared because I am all alone here.

Thank you for anyone's help and advice. I do'nt want to die. and I am scared.
