I am reading a wonderful book on transdermal magnesium therapy. It says that a lack of magnesium can contribute to diabetes developing. Perhaps your friend can benefit from a dose of bioavailable magnesium from either a supplement like magnesium citrate or magnesium chloride, or a good quality green drink. I am enjoying a hot mug of cinnamon green tea, even a humble spice like cinnamon is said to help control blood sugar. Hopefully your friend can get a sense of control if not relief of his diabetes with Dr. Dennis' herbal recommendations.
