I was able to cure my P. with a bowel cleanser and yogurt. When I was on the cleanser I was also on a strict diet to go along with it. Overall, I did feel better..more energy, better sleep... ect.
The only problem I have now is that with my work and college I dont have the time to make proper meals as I once did. Its back to the fast foods here and there and just skipping meals altogter.

On the other hand I feel great not having this all over my body anymore. Thats enough to make anyone feel better.
