to this day I'm not sure what he stones are, but stopped caring along time ago. Flushing done correctly has a positive impact on health, however it works. people who get hung up on the details tend not to be the sick people who are looking for outside the box ways to get well. it was a tremendous help for me to flush. I would recommend it for anyone looking to get away from docs and drugs who can only "manage" the symptoms of chronic illness. if you want a cure, you'll have to roll your sleeves up and do it yourself.
