soul mind body medicine -the book by Dr Zhi Gang Sha, has the answer to that threat-cum-declaration, "You're not the boss of me!!!", you sometimes -amusingly- hear from little kids, who externalize the sort of 'twist' we adults hold hidden within us. Meaning, what we hide- from ourselves, they often act out. The answer to that unwitting truth it turns out is a beaming:
"You're right! The soul is boss!" (Wouldn't that delightfully dissolve more than a few power struggles!? And wouldn't it be
so much fun to then introduce (consciously) the now rendered-speechless child to her/his own best inner 'healer' and guide? )

I am really enjoying this book, which I just began reading--for it's wonderfully elegant, simple and utterly Aha! articulation of *what* all dis-ease is:  energy, matter or "message"--and this has been wholly realized by Sha. You recognize its veracity.  Illness' manifestation,( as either "too much energy" or "too little energy" ) then  seems utter *un*common* sense and simplifies the most convoluted intertwinings...anyone still resonating or reverberating over family holiday energy *experiences*?

"Say hello healing" ( the introductory 'technique') is perhaps too simple and gets too close to  "who's the boss" for some tastes, but the fundamentals underpinning (and overarching!) it couldn't be truer. They just *ring* true.

I recommend getting the book  from the library---see if you don't then want to buy it.
