I have to report that I threw 6 plates, yesterday, with minimal backache.  I attribute this, solely, to starting the oil-pulling protocol!

I'm recommending OP to every person that I know!  Artists are exposed to toxins, caustics, etc., on a daily basis, no matter WHAT discpiline we're practicing - apparenlty, OP is an earthly miracle that would put medical doctors out of business if everyone and their kid brother performed this, every day!

By the way, anyone know of any exciting glaze recipes?  I'm trying to develop a glaze that will break over texture in such a manner to mimic reduction firing in an oxidation environment.
