!0 day is only the >>minimum<< recomended and while doing a 10 day MC is a very good thing you can't expect any miracles. The system just starts hitting it's cleansing stride in days 7_8 and it takes 14-15 +/- days before it's fully adjusted to fasting and after that is when the REAL magic starts to happen and the system will go inot the deeper cleansing at the cellular level. You can't expect to clean out a lifetimes worth of abuse in 10 days not even 40 days. The MC is just a great start. It's gonna take more more dedication, good nutrition and saveral of the other dedicated cleanses before you can even begin to think "fully cleanse"
