If you doing a liver flush 15 minutes is plenty. If your doing a mop up, 15 minutes is enough, unless your doing it all at once and freezing it, then 1 hour is enough, but NEVER 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! If your making ointment then it is 30 days.
