Hello all,

I have hives appearing almost daily for the past three years from the base of my neck upto the jaw line. they are red, raised, and often itchy. The only time they left was when I did a month long juice fast two years ago. They came back a few weeks after I resumed normal eating.

Some background which I feel is related is that I smoked for 27 years but have been a non-smoker for almost 5 years. Yeah!

I guess I have alot of chemicals from smoking stuck in my throat. How do I detox this stuff?

I do take the alkaline drink 1-2 times a day for the past 3 months. I think it's helping my PH. Should I be doing more of this?
