Plastic surgeons do lipo in the face. I know what you are talking about. If it's like a moon or fat face effect. It's difficult to narrow that down and otc health products won't help. You will have to discuss this with your doctor and see what he says. It may be hormonal, Cushings disease, some form of edema, or you may be allergic to something that you are continually ingesting.
