Hello nadja when I mentioned superfoods I was refering to whole food not fractionated juice.Wheat,barley and alfalfa are members of the triticum family.In there youthfull state of grass they are powerfull detoxifiers when juiced properly.The foods I was speaking of is blueberries,goji berries,and maca to name a few.These foods have very high ORCA scores along with high consentrations of phytonutrients.Nutrient density is the key to getting the most out of the calories you consume.A super smoothie is a smoothie with super foods on the ingredients list.One of my favorites is 1cup blueberries,1cup gojiberries,1cup strawberries,1tbsp maca,1tbls beepollen,1tbls.rice protein,2tbls. honey,3cups purified water,1powdered b12complex packet.Mix for 30seconds in a highpower blender.I choose to supplement b12 since our knowledge on analog b12 absorbtion is incomplete.I hope the juices your consumeing are fresh raw juices.Superfoods will bless your body in a superior fashion.
