well that was pretty painless
i didn't have 20 lemons but if it calls for 20 limes they are usually much smaller than lemons and I had 8 large lemons
2 organic egg yolks
and a tablespoon of Olive oil......that's all i had in the house

i just finished a flush and feel pretty cleaned out so it will be interesting to see if there is more stuff coming out of me tomorrow morning besides or along with bm.

I hope this works as it was really easy and painless, I would continue to flush every 2 weeks but do this for a few days inbetween depending on results.......

how many times have you done this? i would imagine it will take a few times to see results before judging......eh?? :)

my stomach is gurgling now........
