The best water is pure water from a distiller or R/O purifier. No need to put minerals in water. An MD fasts people on pure water for 30 days. Get your minerals from food. Kelp from the sea is loaded with trace minerals.

If you are worried, use it to make decaf green tea or a healthy herbal tea. Then you are getting your minerals from food instead of from chemicals.

Biology teaches that animals consume foods. Plants manufacture foods out of sunlight, air, water and minerals and none of them are foods. Sun, air and water are good for you even though they are not foods.
