Hi everyone, i'm new here and could really do with help and advise regarding making the mc mixture, im struggling with the maple syrup! i cant find grade b maple syrup and someone said im okay to use canadian syrup (the dark one)

ive heard so many rumours about this and id love to try it asap but i want to get it right. Any help or even your experiences / mixtures of the mc diet would really help.

Heres to a brighter future and me being a size 10!!!
