A short description of the process is you take epson salts to move the bowels, then a mix of olive oil and grapefruit juice, go to sleep, get up the next morning and take some more epson salt to move the bowels again. The vast majority of people will have soft green balls the size of a english greeen pea up to a small grape. This is cholesterol. The
amount can be anywhere from a few to 200 green balls. From reading the forum on Liver Flushes I think a very very few people can have problems.
