Hello,

I have successfully removed benzo's, anti psychotics as well as antidepressants from my system (3 years post) having taking them over a five year period for chronic insomnia, existential fear, panic attacks and general depression.

I would say the hardest to remove in terms of withdrawal symptoms were the benzo's followed by the antidepressants. The benzo's despite me cutting down from one table daily to one every other night, to half etc over a period of weeks was still a living nightmare. I had physical reactions such as uncontrollable shaking as well as horrible panic attacks and feeling abject fear, moreso than ever experienced. Whilst I followed what I thought would be a reasonable regime of withdrawal, I still had withdrawal symtoms. Hence, it is extremely imporant to have someone to talk to, someone to reassure this is part of detoxing and to go very very slowly.

After all of this, my biggest problem today is not emotional. I am doing fine without all of the poison that was prescribed to me. My biggest challenge was to clean out my intestines and colon which had become so clogged up I didn't have bowel movements for days/weeks on end.. and once detoxed was still left with a very very very congested intestine and bowel. Some time after detox, I came to curezone and started asking about colonics and have enjoyed and benefited greatly from them as well as enemas. I wish I could find stronger words because essentially cleaning my bowel as a follow up to withdrawal was crucial and saved me from being very sick.

Good luck and best wishes.
