I would suggest something like:
Tues: Legs/Calves
Thurs: Chest/Bis
Fri: Back (do calves here as an option to Tues)
Sun Shoulders/Tris
My rationale: Legs and back exhaust your nervous system and energy stores (ie glycogen) the most since they are the largest. Having them close together is tough. Move tris to another push day like shoulders. If you want growth in your tris try this at the end of your shoulder workout. Only do this and watch your arms grow:
Do one set of tricep pushdowns to failure (at least eight)
Go immediately to overhead extensions both arms with dumbell (failure or at least 8 reps)
Go immediately back to the tricep pushdowns and drop the weight 20% from the first set of pushdowns go to failure (at least 8 reps.
IF and only IF you have anything left...do 2 sets of 10 reps of tricep kickbacks.

PS you can do the same trick with biceps. Its quick and it works.
