I made it just like it says on the website. I used calcium citrate and magnesium citrate since that was all I had on hand.

I have insomnia, dizziness, weakness, fibromyalgia(mostly hips and thighs), slight hypothyroid, nighttime anxiety, and sudden nighttime waking with rapid heartrate.
