Thank you, both of you. I found one of his recipes online yesterday and tried it. It was his honey muffin recipe. They were delcious, even though I made a mistake and forgot to add the coconut milk. It's hard to believe that they tasted so good because the amount of flour that you use is so small.

I want to try to get the sweetener down to the bare minimum and try a little stevia in their place. Have either of you tried the recipes with stevia?

If someone could give me the ingredients for his pancake recipe, I would really appreciate it. I will get the book, but I would really like to make some pancakes today.
